Hi all,
I am no longer supporting this thread tracker as Recolle is no longer.

Hej everyone!
I decided to make some changes to make the existing google spreadsheets AC tracking even easier, so I decided why not make a template! Go here and hit file-->make a copy and save it to your own drive. It is very important you make a copy this way, and not by copying the contents. Now you'll be able to input values and make it your own!
Setup Instructions:
Upkeep Instructions:
Data Fiddling:
Note: You cannot add, delete, or move columns, this will cause the script to break. You can also not rename the CurrentBank and CurrentAC tab. Not even to add a space! The PreviousBank and PreviousAC sheets can be edited at will, as they are for your personal record keeping only. Please keep this in mind when you make your customizations!
Note 2: If you'd like to edit the script for any reason, I suggest you to copy a blank version of this spreadsheet to test with. I fully encourage other players to adapt this script and spreadsheet to their use but I will not be answering questions about nor troubleshooting changes that were not written by me.

- Wait for it to load fully... Up on the menu items where it says file, edit, etc... at the end, it should say "Recollé Activity." Don't click this for now, just make sure it's there.

- Write your character's name under "Name", and username under "Username".
- Anything that is highlighted in yellow means that you do not have to do manual inputs. I have only highlighted them yellow so I don't have to explain which cells have formulas and which don't! You can recolor the spreadsheet to your liking. If it's a column, all you have to do to apply the formula to the next row is to click the bottom right corner and drag down to your following row. If you prefer to manually update these cells instead of updating the formulas, just delete the formula! This will not affect your spreadsheet. Additionally, these refresh automatically about once every 2 hours. These cannot be manually refreshed, so please don't wait until the last minute!

- Alright, that's it! Now you can fill out all your AC information, and your regains information on the CurrentAC and CurrentBank tabs, respectively.
- From now on you need to track that you've regained a memory every month, so place a URL and description of a memory regain under "Memory Regain URL" and "Memory Regain Desc" on the side under name/username.
- Once it's AC time, go to your menu item Recollé Activity and run "Print My Activity Comment." The first time you run this, you will have to go through some steps to give the script permission; you must give the script permission to run! Once it's done, it will have a sidebar and you can scroll down to the very bottom to get the textarea with your whole comment. That's it!
Upkeep Instructions:
- The formula for the DATE and COMMENT # column rely on a service called importxml, which is a bit slow and if you have too many of them on a spreadsheet at one time, it might show you a bunch of "LOADING..." or "0" warnings. For that reason, I recommend that once a thread is done, you copy the cell for DATE and COMMENT # and copy/paste special-->paste values only.

- Once the month is done, I encourage you to copy your whole table over to the PreviousAC and PreviousBank tabs, but right click and do paste special-->paste values only. Otherwise the performance of your spreadsheet will be severely downgraded!
Data Fiddling:
- Make sure you link from the top of the thread. If it's AC that isn't redeemable for points (for the first ten comments), make sure you have a second entry in the spreadsheet starting from where your points begin. If you have AC that is marked as redeemable for points, do not make a second entry.
- As a corollary, if your thread flips from network to action, you will also need a second entry when your thread switches, to accommodate for the different point values. When you make a second entry, make sure to copy/paste special-->paste values only for the comment count of the first entry, so that it doesn't double-count your comments.
- The comment number formula will only count however many times your name shows up on the page (ignoring if you're logged in or not), so if you do a comment-spam tag, then you'll have to edit the formula a little bit. Simply select the cell, go to the end, and add -1, or -# depending on how many comments you want to subtract from the count. Again, do not subtract for being logged in!
- The date formula only gets the date of the first comment from the link supplied, so if for whatever reason the date does not match the date of your first comment, EG if it's your post and the first reply is 5 days later, then you will have to manually input the date.
- If you are seeing a lot of comment counts of 0, it means your spreadsheet is overwhelmed by the amount of times it has to load your threads, so I recommend you stop counting any closed threads by right-clicking on the comment count and running copy/paste special-->paste values only Alternatively, if it is a locked post, it will not be able to count your comments.
